Whether you want to get in shape for summer or add an enjoyable fitness routine to your schedule, our Group Training is a great way to invigorate the start to your day.

All equipment is clean and updated frequently
All sessions have a maximum of 10 attendees. This ensures a more personalised service and correct exercise instruction
All sessions are structured to accommodate all fitness levels
All new council regulatory requirements are met
Indoor gym available for wet days
If you do not enjoy your first session we'll give you a full refund.
