All training programs are specific and designed for you to receive the results that you want. Programs are updated ever 4 weeks to ensure your body doesn’t become accustom to the training.
Weekly phone calls to check on progress.
Programs can be completed with your trainer, at home or at your current gym facility.
The cost for a personalised exercise program including a Personal Training Session is $90.00.
